Were is the best or only place to find ectos? I???ve been doing a good amount of time in Perdition Rock and haven???t seen any.

Ecto drop exclusively in the Underworld.

Several people speak fables of a once in a lifetime drop elsewhere, but I have yet to see a screenshot documenting it.

The only place they are dropped is in the Underworld, but the odds of getting one are pretty low. You can also buy them at rare material traders too, but they prices are pretty high. Whether you want to spend a ton of time farming, or a ton of money buying them is up to you.
